Profit Center

By being a part of CPS Real Estate and a member of the Avalar system, you are offered a unique way to earn extra income in addition to your sales and commissions.

Revenue Sharing – On March 1 st, 2000, CPS Real Estate joined the Avalar franchise system. With this system, CPS pays monthly royalty fees to Avalar and in return, Avalar redistributes 40% of that money back into the revenue sharing pool. This redistributed money is then dispersed to participants that have sponsored salespeople who have contributed to the company’s revenue. This revenue sharing pool is distributed from Avalar every 60 days. Being a member of Avalar allows you to earn residual income for bringing productive salespeople into the network, either locally or nationally (remember to think outside the box when talking to other agents or friends in other areas/states).
