I really enjoyed working with Pat & Cynthia. They both are really professional and willing to help out in any way they can. Also really patient. I loved their service so much that I referred my sister and she now is a home owner. I would refer them to anyone. We were so delighted with Pat and Cynthia! In an odd market, they both made the process very easy with their knowledgeable advice and patience with any and all questions and concerns. Cynthia had worked with us for three years in helping us to find our dream home. Pat Kelly teamed up with her soon after we initially met Cynthia and the two are the perfect team. They never pushed properties on us that didn't meet our specifications, criticized our choices of style or rushed us through homes not giving us time to really see them. Their services of search engines and email updates were extremely helpful and allowed us to browse without feeling pressured. When we found a house we wanted to look at (and we saw many!) they made themselves available right away. They also have a great circle of experts that they can call on for virtually any inspection you may want. Some of the inspections we had: pool, electrical, retaining wall, foundation, roof, termite, and a basic handyman to give us advice on what we were getting into. All these people were knowledgeable, professional and on time. Cynthia and Pat have been so patient and professional, even after three years and two harrowing ordeals on other properties!!! We are great friends now and I know that we have our dream house because of their hard work.

Sarah is a delightful, knowledgeable and enthusiastic person/agent. Her attitude is always positive, her laugh is infectious and her professionalism stellar. If she doesn't know something, she finds out and gets back to us quickly. I enjoy her warm and positive attitude. She worked with us for over two years before we found what we wanted and then moved quickly to help us get the property. We loved bouncing ideas off her, and she would bounce ideas off us. We greatly appreciate the fact that she never pushed us. Always patient, she NEVER used the "used car salesman" approach. I feel fortunate to know Sarah Clark. She is more than just a Real Estate Agent, I feel lucky to call her "friend".

Denny Hall-Dorr
Denny was incredibly professional with a lot of integrity and honesty and patience, looked out for my interest and was always available, took time out to really understand what i was looking for and stayed within my price range. I highly praise her work ethics and would recommend her with flying colors- GREAT EXPERIENCE impeccable work and good sound knowledge.

Denny was great! She found me a wonderful home guided me through the sale negoiations and the escrow process with wisdom and skill. George was very patient with me during this long process. We saw dozens of homes and he knew what would work for my needs. he didn't waste time taking me to places that I might not be happy in over the long term.
I felt George really had my best interest at heart. He steered me away from houses he felt were too run down or in an udesirable location. He only suggested houses in the price range he knew I was comfortable with and had most of the amenities I was looking for. George was punctual, professional, and had the patience of a saint. He led me step by step thru the whole process, and made my first time home buying experience as painless and stress free as possible. I would,and have, gladly recommend George to anyone interested in buying or selling real estate.
He is a friendly & honest agent, he has a lot of experience, very professional, productive & efficient during transactions, and he gave us referrals such as inspector, plumber and so forth.

Timothy Brown
My wife and I recently bought a house using the CPS Real Estate agency on 4th St. in Santa Rosa. The name of our agent was Timothy Brown. I cannot say enough about how he handled our transaction. He was fantastic! Timothy checked out a lot of houses for us and kept us up to speed on the possibilities. We looked at many of the houses he came up with and finally decided on one of them. Timothy always had an upbeat attitude and seemed to really be enjoying what he was doing during the process of helping us find and purchase a house. I have never recommended anyone by name like this but am happy to refer any and every one to Timothy Brown.
